Beware the Ides of March!
That phrase, of course, refers to the murder of Julius Caesar on March 15. It always serves to remind me that March is well-underway, and that means Spring is returning to the Northern Hemisphere. Spring, for my local radio club, means turning to club programs that will ultimately draw people toward those out-of-doors activities that will be more likely to hold member interest than programs about indoor stuff. After all, by the Ides of March, people have had enough of sitting inside. We want to be sure they continue to do ham radio stuff all summer long!
